TradePilot ("we", "our") provides a Chrome extension and related services that help traders analyze chart screenshots using AI. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account information — email address and encrypted password when you create an account.
• Chart screenshots — images you capture from TradingView and submit for analysis. These are sent to our servers and processed by AI to generate trade analysis.
• Usage data — number of analyses performed per month to enforce plan limits.
• Payment information — processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

How we use your information

• Provide AI chart analysis and account features
• Authenticate you and manage subscriptions
• Improve reliability and prevent abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Chart screenshots are processed by our AI provider (OpenAI) solely to generate your analysis. Payment data is handled by Stripe under their privacy policy.

Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Chart screenshots are processed for analysis and are not stored long-term after processing unless required for debugging with your consent.
